My personal mission is to share movement without punishment. To help you become the strongest version of yourself. To advocate balance and to encourage rest.

Meet Hannah

Imagine a space designed specifically for women, that leaves you feeling Invigorated, Strong and Relaxed. Move & Mind by Hannah is exactly that. A nurturing community born out of a passion for helping as many people as possible to become stronger, healthier and happier through a combination of movement and wellbeing.

Pilates taught me to show my body kindness, to move mindfully whilst seeing results and to honour exactly what my body needed throughout pregnancy and my postnatal recovery.
